Stuffed Bell Peppers
1-2 Bell Peppers any Color
2 packs of Starkist Tuna Creations Sweet and Spicy
1/2 cup of Feta Cheese
1/4 cup of low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cut Peppers in Half and remove seeds
- Use one Pack of Tuna for one full Pepper
- Sprinkle Feta Cheese over Tuna
- Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese to cover Feta and Tuna
- Set Oven to 400 Degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes
